Street, Sanitation, & Cemetery

The LaFayette Street, Sanitation, and Cemetery Department is responsible for maintaining the city’s infrastructure including but not limited to the following: roads, rights-of-ways, trees, buildings and grounds, cemeteries, storm drain system and debris removal. The City of LaFayette owns three cemeteries, Handy, Gresham and LaFayette City Cemetery.
